Frequently Asked Questions
If you wish to make a return, contact us by email at email@example.com. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of the artist receiving your return, providing it arrives safely. You will be credited for the price of the artwork minus shipping costs. We cannot accept items that have been damaged, altered, or worn. You will receive an email when the artist receives your return. Any order that is not a custom order can be canceled prior to the artist shipping the work through email.
Please note artworks will ship out within 2-3 business days. For custom pieces, it may take up to 2-3 weeks due to craft. You may return any artwork within 14 days of receiving the work. We cannot accept returned artwork on custom orders.
